In the given table X-axis measures the brand where Y-axis measures aggregate sales of different brand of KD Enterprises (Herohonda). From the above data, we can conclude that aggregate sales of brand Pulsar is high than other brand and sales of Avenger is less of KDE (Herohonda). By this data we can conclude the market of Pulsar is good than other brand of KDE (Herohonda).

In the given table X-axis measures the company where Y-axis measures different branches of Showroom in Rapti. From the above data, we can conclude that Honda and Hero Honda company has highest branches and Annalifan has lowest branches in Rapti.

From the above correlation we can conclude that the profit increases as increase in number of sales. Since the correlation is positive, the sales lead to increases in the profit of KDE. So as the number of sales increases, the profit also increases. 
Analysis of response of customer towards the service provided by KD Enterprises (Hero Honda Showroom) 
In this purpose we have find some of the customer taken service from Hero Honda Showroom and interview is taken with them to know about the response of customer and the view of the people. Most of the customers said that the service provided by KDE is satisfactory. They also say that the service provided by KDE is done in accurate  or given timeThey also share that the motorcycle collision is increasing day by day. To stop such collision the customer themselves check the condition of motorbike, public awareness should be provided to the local people, all should follow the traffic rules and signals and who go against the rules s/he should be punished. 
Test of Hypothesis 
The study that proposed to test two different hypotheses. We will now test each of these hypothesis on the basis of above table and diagram. 
Hypothesis 1: 
H0: The sales of Hero Honda bike are constant. 
H1: The sales of Hero Honda bike is increasing day per day. 
According to table and figure, 2 we can conclude that the sales of Hero Honda bike are increasing day by day. Thus alternative hypothesis is accepted. 
Hypothesis 2: 
HO: The profit of KDE is constant. 
H1: The profit of KDE is increasing day by day. 
According to table and figure, 3 we can conclude that the profit of KDE is increasing day by day. Thus alternative hypothesis is accepted. 





Major Findings and Discussion 
Research is the scientific study of any phenomena or situation. This research was conducted to find out the overall situation of KD Enterprises. Some of the major findings are given below: 
  • The KDE was established in 2059 with the capital of Rs. 1000000 and registered under the registration act 2060 in small scale and cottage industry and chamber of commerce. 
  • The business is single proprietorship and the main purpose is to provide service to the customer. 
  • The position and performance of this showroom is satisfactory. 
  • The environment is not so polluted from this type of business because the motorcycle are not prepared here and also not recycled here.  

The opportunities and challenges of KDare: 
 Opportunities: 
  1. Due to the population growth the demand increases. 
  1. In the coming season this showroom has estimated to supply around 2000 pieces of bike per year. 
  1. To show the personality the number of people riding motor bike is increasing day by day. 
Challenges:- 
  1. Difficult to have a competition on quality and price with other companies of bike. 
  1. Difficult to satisfy the customers demand. 
  1. Because of political situation of our country there is difficult to sale the bike. 
  1. Due to the installment system there may be the risk of money in this business. 


CHAPTER III 
SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION 
Summary  
We know that our country is developing country. It means that it’s infrastructure is not good. And its roads are also not good due to the geographical infrastructure. According to geographical region Ghorahis’ geographical structure is somehow better. And the people of this city are quite progressing. Due to that their demand is being change day by day. They are being busy. They have to run here and there for their business, occupation. So the demand of bike is increasing daily. To fulfill the need of the people of this city KD Enterprises was established by Kumar Raj Shresthas. If the Enterprises is going in profit or notto know overall situation the research was conducted. Among the various method of data collection the questionnaire and interview method were given more priority to collect data. A correlation research design was used to conduct the research. Being field based study it examine the situation, question and performance of KD Enterprises. 
It was hypothesized that there would be positive correlation between independent and dependent variable. As the sales increase the profit also increase so, sales is independent variable and profit is dependent variable. 
Similarly as the business was expanded the capital and worker were also increase. Finally the situation of KDE is satisfactory.

Conclusion 
As the data collected were analyzed through different means we can conclude that the business of KDE is satisfactory. According to the owner and some costumers the service provided by this showroom is good even in low service charge, fast service and good behavior shown by the staffs all costumers are satisfiedTo have more costumer and also achieve best goal this showroom is trying to maintain the good relationship with customer by providing special offer, any time service and heavy discount. As the population is increasing day by day the showroom is supplying its brand in large amount which is the great opportunity of this showroom. But due to the lack of skilled manpower and technology it is unable to fit the bike in his own showroom and forced to bring the bike from outside the country and pays high cost which is the great challenge of this showroom. 
 In fact overall situation of KDE is satisfactory though there are different opportunities and challenges faced by KDE.

Recommendation 
While conducting the research, I found some weakness, some strong point and opportunity of the organization. The strong point shouldn't be loosed and opportunities should be graphed.  The weakness point should be improved. So some of the recommendations given for organizations are as fallows. 
  1. To expand the business of KDE it should open its branches in all districts of Rapti Zone. 
  1. Suggestion, recommendation of customer should be handled. 
  1. The policy of business should be followed by all the customers. 
  1. The business should be run according to the political scenario of the country. 
  1. Business owner should give more priority in brand and service rather than profit. 
  1. Skill manpower and technology should be used. 
  1. Different types of discount and special offer should be launched. 
  1. Businessman should always try to understand the overall internal and external environment.
